AI-Flow is an open-source, user-friendly graphical application that enables users to connect and orchestrate multiple artificial intelligence models from different providers within a single workflow. Rather than requiring programming skills or complex API integrations, the platform provides a visual interface where individuals can drag, drop, and link models from services such as OpenAI, Replicate, Anthropic, Google, and ByteDance to construct automated pipelines for content generation, image creation, video synthesis, and more. The core functionality revolves around the concept of “flows” — sequential chains of AI models that pass outputs from one step to the next. For example, a user might start with a text prompt in OpenAI’s GPT, feed the generated description into an image generation model like Google’s Image or Replicate’s FLUX 2 MAX, and then process that image with a motion synthesis tool such as ByteDance’s SEEDANCE 2 to produce a short animated clip. Each step can be configured independently, allowing fine-grained control over parameters like temperature, resolution, style, or motion intensity. AI-Flow currently supports over ten models out of the box, with integrations for text generation, image creation, video generation, and audio processing. The platform is designed to be extensible: users can add custom models or connect to additional APIs by providing their own API keys. The application is free to use at its basic tier, with no subscription required — users only pay for the API usage of the underlying models they choose to connect. This model-agnostic approach gives users the freedom to experiment with different providers without being locked into a single ecosystem. Beyond simple chaining, AI-Flow offers advanced features such as branching (splitting a s
