AudioStrip is a free web-based service that allows users to separate vocals from instrumental tracks in audio files. The tool is primarily designed for musicians, producers, and audio editors who need to extract acapella versions or background music for remixing, sampling, karaoke, or music analysis. Users can upload any song file, and the system processes it using a deep-learning model to isolate the vocal stem and the instrumental stem independently. The result is two separate audio streams: one containing only the voice, and another containing only the musical accompaniment. The interface is straightforward—no account is required for basic use. Users drag and drop an audio file (common formats like MP3, WAV, FLAC, and others are supported) onto the upload area, and the isolation is performed within seconds to a few minutes depending on file size and server load. After processing, the user can preview both isolated stems directly in the browser and download them as separate audio files.
