CSS Winner

CSS Winner is a web design inspiration and awards platform that curates and showcases exceptional websites from around the world, with a strong focus on visual aesthetics, layout creativity, and color harmony. The platform operates as a community-driven directory where designers, developers, and agencies submit their work for evaluation and recognition. Each day, the site selects a "Site of the Day" (SOTD) based on design quality, user experience, and originality, while also featuring weekly "Stars" and monthly "Site of the Month" (SOTM) honors. The color search feature, like the blue page accessed via the provided URL, allows users to browse websites filtered by dominant color schemes. This enables designers to find inspiration specifically for projects that require a particular color palette—blue in this case—making it a valuable resource for brand identity work, UI/UX design, and marketing campaigns. Beyond color filtering, CSS Winner offers multiple browsing dimensions: by category (e.g., corporate, portfolio, e-commerce), by tag (e.g., minimal, dark, animated), and by award status (nominee, star, winner). Each listed website includes a thumbnail, the name of the submitting agency or individual, the award date, and sometimes a short description. Users can click through to view the full site and learn more about the design approach. The platform also maintains a leaderboard or "Nominees" section where recently submitted designs compete for recognition, encouraging continuous engagement and fresh content. For designers seeking concrete examples of how to implement blue tones—from deep navy for trust-building finance sites to soft pastel blue for creative portfolios—CSS Winner provides real-world case studies rather than generic templates.
