About this website

FakeMail is a free, web-based service that generates disposable, temporary email addresses for users who wish to protect their primary inbox from spam, unsolicited messages, and privacy intrusions. The platform operates without requiring any registration, account creation, or personal information input. Upon visiting the site, users are immediately assigned a randomly generated email address, such as “eros.safwan@forliion.com,” along with a corresponding random password. This password can be copied and used to access the same inbox from another device or browser session if needed. The temporary inbox is displayed in a clean, minimal interface. Users can view incoming messages directly on the page, with each email showing the sender’s address, subject line, and the timestamp of receipt. The inbox updates in real time, and users can manually refresh it to check for new messages. Each email can be read, and the inbox can be emptied or individual messages deleted. The generated address comes with a countdown timer that starts at 59 minutes and 58 seconds by default, but users have the option to extend the lifetime to 10 minutes, 1 day, 3 days, 5 days, 1 week, or 2 weeks. This flexibility allows the address to match the user’s specific need—short-lived for a quick verification, or longer for ongoing correspondence during a trial period or project. The core functionality of FakeMail is to act as a shield for the user’s real email account. By providing a temporary, throwaway address, it enables activities that would otherwise expose a personal email to potential spam, marketing lists, or data breaches. Common use cases include signing up for websites, apps, or online services that require email verification but may send unwanted follow-up messages.
