The AI automatically produces a translation, a contextual example sentence, and a clear definition for each entry—all at no additional cost. This eliminates the manual effort of looking up meanings or constructing example sentences. For users who need visual associations, a premium subscription unlocks image generation, which adds a relevant picture to each flashcard to reinforce memory through visual cues. The core learning mechanism is a spaced repetition system (SRS). After creating flashcards, the app schedules review sessions at gradually increasing intervals—for instance, revisiting a card after one day, then three days, then a week, and so on. This algorithm is based on psychological research showing that spacing out reviews improves long-term retention compared to cramming.
