GoLinks is a knowledge discovery and link management platform that enables organizations to create, manage, and use short internal links, called Go Links, for instant access to any resource—documents, dashboards, applications, wikis, project management tools, cloud storage, or external URLs. The platform eliminates the need to remember complex URLs or navigate through multiple systems by allowing users to type simple, memorable shortcuts like go/it-help, go/onboarding-guide, or go/sales-dashboard into their browser address bar. These shortcuts redirect to the intended destination, significantly reducing time spent searching for information. The core functionality revolves around an intuitive web-based dashboard where administrators can create, edit, and organize Go Links with optional descriptions, tags, expiration dates, and permission controls. Links can be grouped by team, project, or department, and can be made private, public within a workspace, or restricted to specific users. The system also supports search and autocomplete suggestions, so when a user begins typing go/ followed by a keyword, the platform instantly shows matching links. A standout feature is the GoAI Assistant, which integrates generative AI to answer questions based on the organization’s internal knowledge. Instead of manually searching for a link, users can ask natural language questions like “What is the current sales playbook for Q3?” or “Show me the latest release notes for the mobile app.” GoAI scans the existing Go Links library and their associated content (if connected to integrations) and returns the correct link or a synthesized answer, citing the source. This reduces reliance on manual browsing and speeds up decision-making. GoLinks also supports browser extensions for Chrome, Firefox,
