HelloScribe is a voice-first writing platform designed specifically for professionals who process their thoughts by speaking out loud. The platform then transforms this spoken input into structured drafts, and more notably, builds a persistent digital twin that users can converse with in real time. This digital twin is not a static recording; it is an active, AI-driven companion that reflects the user’s own thinking patterns, connects disparate ideas, and responds to follow-up questions, clarifications, or requests for elaboration. The core workflow consists of three stages. First, “Capture the Chaos”: the user speaks freely, describing any topic, problem, or creative spark. The system records the audio and transcribes it, preserving every nuance, hesitation, and tangential thought. No pruning or ordering is required.
