Inkeep

Inkeep is a platform designed for engineering and business teams to collaboratively build and deploy AI agents that assist with customer experience and operational tasks. The system enables teams to create virtual teammates capable of understanding company data, product information, internal knowledge bases, and tools. It supports two primary modes of deployment: a no-code visual builder for non-technical users, and a developer-focused SDK that provides full two-way synchronization between the agents and existing systems. The core function of Inkeep is to handle customer-facing assistance in real time. These AI agents can answer complex, multi-step questions by pulling information from a company's knowledge base and product documentation using a feature called Unified Search. They are also capable of querying customer-specific data—such as account details, past interactions, or subscription status—through Customer Intelligence. This allows the agent to provide personalized responses without requiring customers to repeat themselves. For operational efficiency, Inkeep includes AI Workflows that automate routine resolution tasks. For example, if a customer reports that a Slack bot is not responding after installing the app, the agent can automatically check system status, run diagnostics, and guide the user through troubleshooting steps or submit a support ticket if the issue requires human intervention. The agent can also search web resources for additional context when needed, and it logs all interactions with clear status markers (e.g., “ALL CONTENT LOADED”, “RESOLVED”) so that both customers and human operators can track progress.
