For underwriting, Layerup processes submissions from brokers to binding—agents analyze risk data, apply underwriting guidelines, request missing information, and issue policy documents without manual handoffs. The platform also supports servicing and policy administration by handling customer requests such as policy changes, cancellations, renewals, and endorsements through natural language interactions that update the core system automatically. Fraud and special investigation unit (SIU) workflows are continuously monitored by agents that detect anomalies in claims data, flag suspicious patterns, and assemble SIU-ready investigation packets containing all relevant evidence, timelines, and red flags. For broker and distribution operations, Layerup automates submission handling, quote generation, binding, and commission calculations across multiple lines of business including personal and commercial auto, homeowners, dwelling, commercial property, individual
