Metaview is an agentic recruiting platform designed to automate and streamline the entire hiring workflow, from sourcing candidates to extending offers. It employs multiple AI agents that operate with full context of the hiring brief, enabling recruiters and hiring managers to offload repetitive tasks while maintaining high accuracy and personalization. The platform’s core agents include a Sourcing Agent that continuously searches for candidates across multiple channels, curates a shortlist based on the specific requirements of a role, and sends personalized outreach messages calibrated to the employer’s tone and brand voice. This agent can be instructed with natural language – for example, “find senior backend engineers with Go experience who have led distributed teams” – and it will autonomously execute the search, evaluate fit, and schedule initial conversations. Another agent handles Application Review. It scans every inbound résumé and cover letter, ranks applicants according to custom criteria, and flags candidates who match the brief most closely. The review includes parsing skills, experience, education, and even inferred cultural fit from writing style, all without human intervention until the top candidates are surfaced. For interviews and meetings, Metaview’s AI Notetaker listens to live or recorded conversations, transcribes them, and extracts key insights such as strengths, concerns, and technical competencies.
