MIDO Eyewear Show

MIDO is the world's largest international eyewear trade exhibition, held annually in February at the Fiera Milano Rho exhibition center in Milan, Italy. Organized by ANFAO, the Italian Association of Optical Goods Manufacturers, the show draws approximately twelve hundred exhibitors representing frame and sunglasses brands, lens manufacturers, contact lens producers, optical machinery and workshop equipment suppliers, and digital vision technology companies from over fifty countries. Each edition attracts around forty thousand trade visitors including opticians, optometrists, optician chain retail buyers, optical laboratory technicians, and industry distributors from across Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, and Asia. The exhibition features dedicated pavilions including the Fashion District for designer eyewear collections, the Lab Academy for lens processing and workshop technology, the Tech Pavilion for digital vision innovations, and the Startup Area for emerging brands. Milan and the surrounding Cadore valley region are the historic heart of Italian eyewear manufacturing, home to brands like Luxottica and Safilo, making this February fair the global center of the eyewear industry each year.
