Mindora is a UK-based digital health platform specifically designed to support individuals—both adults and children—who suspect they may have Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). The platform delivers a structured, end-to-end ADHD care pathway that integrates artificial intelligence with clinical expertise from independent Consultant Psychiatrists and Non-Medical Prescribers (NMPs), all accessible remotely from home. The process begins with a free, AI-led pre-assessment where users register and answer a series of screening questions. This automated step uses machine learning to analyze responses and identify patterns consistent with ADHD symptoms, generating a preliminary risk profile. Based on this pre-assessment, qualified candidates are invited to a joint one-hour video consultation conducted by both a Consultant Psychiatrist and an NMP. This dual-clinician model ensures a thorough diagnostic evaluation that considers medical history, symptom presentation, and differential diagnoses. Following a confirmed diagnosis, Mindora provides a year-long oversight program: the NMP conducts regular follow-up reviews with built-in symptom tracking, allowing for medication adjustments and monitoring of treatment response. After the first year, patients can transition to shared care with their General Practitioner (GP) or continue with Mindora’s monthly continuity service at a fixed fee. For those prescribed medication, the platform facilitates next-day delivery across the UK through independent partner pharmacies, covering stimulants and non-stimulants as clinically indicated. Additionally, optional add-on coaching packs are available, offering behavioral support and coping strategies tailored to ADHD challenges. The entire system is built in collaboration with London
