The tool operates by accepting source materials—such as documents, presentations, videos, or notes—and using an AI agent to transform them into structured lessons that align with specific learning objectives. Unlike traditional authoring tools, Mindsmith embeds several built-in features that reduce the need for third-party integrations. One core capability is live conversations: learners can interact with an AI-driven dialogue system within the course, enabling real-time Q&A, role-playing, or practice scenarios. This supports branching logic, where the course path changes based on learner responses, mimicking realistic decision-making situations.
