Each skill is a modular, reusable set of instructions or tools that an AI agent can invoke to perform specialized tasks. The directory provides a structured way for developers and users to discover, evaluate, and install these skills directly from the command line using the `npm install -g openskills` command, which integrates with the OpenSkills ecosystem.
