SwiftERM is a predictive machine learning platform built specifically for ecommerce businesses to recover lost turnover and drive repeat sales through a process it calls autonomous individualisation. Unlike traditional ecommerce marketing tools that rely on customers returning to a website, SwiftERM continuously learns from each customer’s behaviour across multiple touchpoints—including browsing history, purchase patterns, abandoned carts, and real-time interactions on social media and other digital channels. It then constructs individualised product recommendations and adjusts the timing and delivery of those recommendations through email, push notifications, and on-site pop-ups, creating a personalised buying journey for every customer without manual intervention.
