VergeSense is a workplace artificial intelligence platform that transforms raw physical space data into actionable insights for facilities, real estate, and human resources teams. The platform operates through two core modules: Occupancy Intelligence and Decision Intelligence. Occupancy Intelligence begins with hardware sensors—the Infinity Area Sensor—which uses computer vision to detect people and movement in real time without recording any identifiable information. These sensors feed into an analytics layer that visualizes utilization rates, peak occupancy periods, foot traffic patterns, and desk or room usage trends across floors, buildings, or entire portfolios. The system also ingests data from third-party sources such as badge swipes, Wi-Fi connections, reservation systems, and HVAC logs, creating a unified signal layer that overcomes the blind spots of any single sensor type. This integration allows organizations to understand not only how many people are present but also how spaces behave over time—for example, which conference rooms are chronically overbooked, which neighborhoods sit empty on Fridays, or how movement flows change after a reconfiguration. Decision Intelligence, branded as Meridian, builds on the occupancy data to produce forward-looking simulations and automated recommendations. Instead of merely reporting what happened yesterday, Meridian generates live forecasts of future space demand based on historical trends, calendar data, and seasonal patterns. Users can run scenario models—such as “What if we reduce the office by 20%?” or “What if we adopt a hybrid schedule with 60% peak attendance?”—and instantly see the projected impact on crowding, desk availability, and energy costs. The platform also triggers automated actions: it can release unres
