Saihe (赛盒) is a specialized enterprise resource planning (ERP) system designed exclusively for cross-border e-commerce sellers. The system integrates deeply with over 50 popular e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, eBay, Wish, AliExpress, and Shopee, as well as self-built independent websites. By connecting these platforms through a single dashboard, sellers can synchronize product listings, monitor orders in real time, and update inventory levels across all stores simultaneously, eliminating the need for manual data entry and reducing the risk of overselling or stockouts. For logistics management, Saihe offers connectivity with more than 2,000 shipping carriers and 60 major overseas warehouses. This allows sellers to compare shipping rates, generate labels, and track shipments from a unified interface. The system supports various fulfillment models, such as FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon), third-party warehouse dropshipping, and self-fulfillment. It automatically selects the optimal shipping method based on weight, destination, and cost, and prints customs documents and packing slips in bulk. The overseas warehouse integration also enables real-time inventory visibility across multiple storage locations, helping sellers plan replenishment cycles and avoid storage fees. Inventory control is handled through the Saihe Inventory Management module, which provides tools for purchase order creation, stock-taking, and supply chain forecasting.
