Aident AI is an artificial intelligence platform that enables users to build, manage, and evolve automated workflows by simply describing tasks in plain English. Instead of requiring traditional coding or complex node-based interfaces, the system interprets natural language instructions and transforms them into executable action sequences called Playbooks. These Playbooks can interact with over 1,000 third-party services — including Slack, Twitter, Shopify, and many others — through more than 23,000 predefined actions. This allows users to automate a wide range of real-world business processes, such as monitoring social media mentions, processing customer orders, sending notifications to team channels, updating spreadsheets, and generating responses based on live data.
