The uptime monitoring checks website and API endpoints from over fifteen global locations every thirty seconds to five minutes, supporting HTTP, HTTPS, TCP, DNS, UDP, ICMP ping, and gRPC protocols, with customizable check criteria including expected status codes, response body patterns, SSL certificate expiry, keyword presence, and response time thresholds, with the monitoring automatically escalating detected issues through phone calls, SMS, Slack, Microsoft Teams, email, and push notifications based on configurable escalation policies. The incident management provides a centralized dashboard for tracking active incidents, with each incident containing a timeline of events, assigned responders, status updates, and post-mortem notes, with the on-call scheduling enabling round-the-clock coverage through rotation schedules including daily, weekly, and custom rotations, with escalation policies that automatically notify backup responders if the primary responder does not acknowledge within a configurable timeframe.
