BuyScout is a browser-based AI assistant designed to support both online shoppers and Shopify store owners. For shoppers, it operates as a free browser extension that integrates into any e-commerce website, providing real-time product insights without requiring users to leave the page they are browsing. The extension automatically reads and summarizes customer reviews from multiple sources, highlighting common pros, cons, and sentiment patterns. It can compare prices across different online stores for the same product, showing the lowest available price and any active deals or coupons. Users can ask natural-language questions about a product—such as battery life, material quality, or size fit—and receive answers extracted from reviews, specifications, and retailer data.
