About this website

Dokploy is a free, open source, self-hosted Platform as a Service that enables developers to deploy applications, databases, and services to their own servers with a simple web interface. The platform is designed as a stable, efficient, and lightweight alternative to commercial PaaS providers, giving users full control over their infrastructure without vendor lock-in. Built on Docker and Traefik, Dokploy supports deploying applications from Dockerfiles, Nixpacks, Buildpacks, and Docker Compose files, with automatic SSL certificate provisioning through Let's Encrypt. The platform supports multi-node deployments for distributing applications across multiple servers, with automatic load balancing and health checks. Database support includes PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB, MongoDB, Redis, ClickHouse, and CouchDB, each with automatic backup configuration and phpMyAdmin or pgAdmin integration. Dokploy provides one-click deployment of over 100 popular open source applications and services including WordPress, Ghost, Plausible Analytics, n8n, Gitea, Metabase, Uptime Kuma, and Supabase alternatives. Additional features include Traefik-based routing with custom domains and path prefixes, cron job scheduling, environment variable management, real-time deployment logs, automatic Git deployments through webhooks, and a clean REST API for programmatic control. The project is actively maintained on GitHub and licensed under AGPL 3.0, with a growing community of contributors.
