Fibery

Fibery is a modular work platform designed to replace a collection of isolated productivity tools by providing a single interconnected workspace where teams can manage tasks, track projects, collaborate on documents, and analyze data without switching between applications. The core idea is to unify data that typically lives in separate systems—such as spreadsheets, issue trackers, whiteboards, and document repositories—into one configurable environment. Users build their own workspace by combining different building blocks: databases, kanban boards, Gantt charts, timelines, whiteboards, custom forms, and rich text documents. Each block can be linked to others, so a task in a kanban board can automatically reference a related spreadsheet row or a whiteboard sketch. Fibery offers deep customization through its schema designer: teams define their own entity types, attributes, and relationships. For example, a startup might create entities like “Customer”, “Feature Request”, and “Sprint”, then link a feature request to a customer and a sprint. This relational model allows users to query across all data with filters, rollups, and calculated fields. The automation engine lets users set up triggers and actions: when a status changes, send a notification or update a field.
