The system is designed for small to medium-sized businesses that want to ensure every incoming lead is captured and every customer inquiry is answered without the need for a human operator to be constantly available. Once a business signs up, the setup process takes roughly five minutes — the platform can use the company’s existing phone number or assign a new one, and it integrates with common customer relationship management (CRM) tools to log interactions automatically. The core feature is the AI phone receptionist, which answers incoming calls with a natural-sounding voice. It can handle multiple callers simultaneously, ask pre‑programmed questions to qualify leads, schedule appointments, take messages, and transfer calls to a human staff member when necessary.
