The platform combines three core technologies. Fullcapture provides a privacy-first record of every user interaction including clicks, scrolls, rage clicks, form submissions, navigation paths, and error encounters without storing personally identifiable information. StoryAI applies machine learning to behavioral data streams, automatically detecting friction patterns, flagging conversion anomalies, and surfacing optimization opportunities that manual analysis would miss. The MCP Server enables conversational AI queries against session data so product and engineering teams can ask natural language questions about user behavior. AI Agents autonomously detect friction hotspots, identify root causes of drop-offs, and recommend or execute fixes. The Analytics product provides customer journey analysis with funnels, heatmaps, session replay, mobile analytics, and sentiment signals including rage click and dead click detection. The Workforce product extends monitoring to employee-facing applications. The Anywhere product exports behavioral data to external data warehouses and BI tools.
