Guangxi Talent Network

Guangxi Talent Network is the official human resources platform directly supervised by the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. The website was launched in 1999, making it one of the earliest talent service platforms in southwestern China. This platform covers all 14 prefecture-level cities in Guangxi, including Nanning, Guilin, Liuzhou, Yulin, Fangchenggang, Beihai, Wuzhou, Qinzhou, Guigang, Chongzuo, Laibin, Guiping, Hechi, Baise, Hezhou, and Pingnan. The platform also serves talent flow to Yunnan, Guizhou, and western Guangdong regions. During the COVID-19 pandemic, this network pioneered the Cloud Recruitment System, allowing job seekers and employers to complete resume submission, video interviews, and online contract signing without meeting in person. In 2023, the website completed full-site HTTPS encryption upgrade and mobile adaptation, with mobile visits now exceeding 65% of total traffic. The platform operates both online and offline services, hosting large-scale job fairs in Nanning and other major cities every spring and autumn. Guangxi Talent Network has established partnerships with over 10,000 enterprises across the region, posting more than 50,000 job positions monthly. The website also provides specialized services for fresh graduates, including campus recruitment events, internship matching, and career counseling. For enterprises, this platform offers talent assessment tools, salary benchmarking reports, and HR management system integration. The platform database contains over 2 million registered job seekers resumes, covering industries from manufacturing and agriculture to emerging sectors like new energy and digital economy. Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region government designates this platform as the only official channel for public institution recruitment announcements, civil servant exam registrations, and talent introduction program applications.
