Islamabad Chamber of Commerce

The Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry, abbreviated ICCI, is a premier business organization serving the private sector in the Islamabad Capital Territory of Pakistan. Established to represent businesses in Pakistan's purpose-built capital city, ICCI counts among its members companies engaged in construction, real estate development, information technology services, consulting, trading, hospitality, education, healthcare, and financial services. Islamabad has emerged as a hub for Pakistan's information technology sector with the presence of software technology parks housing over two thousand IT companies and freelance professionals contributing to the country's growing IT exports which exceeded two and a half billion dollars annually. ICCI organizes business delegations to China, Turkey, and Central Asian countries, hosts trade exhibitions and business conferences at the Islamabad Chamber House, provides certificate of origin services, advocates for tax reforms and ease of doing business improvements with the Federal Board of Revenue and the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, and maintains liaison with foreign embassies in Islamabad's diplomatic enclave to facilitate bilateral trade connections.
