MARA is a specialized artificial intelligence platform designed exclusively for the hotel industry to manage online reputation and guest feedback. It functions as both a review response automation tool and an analytical engine, helping hoteliers monitor, understand, and improve their digital presence across major review platforms such as TripAdvisor, Google, Booking.com, and Expedia. The core functionality centers on analyzing guest reviews in real time, extracting sentiment, keywords, and actionable insights, and then generating personalized, context-aware responses that match the hotel’s brand voice and the specific tone of each review. MARA offers a Research Assistant module, currently in public beta, which allows users to query their review data using natural language, asking questions like “What are our most common complaints about room cleanliness?” or “Which amenities get the highest praise from guests in the past month?” The system returns summarized answers with direct citations to the relevant reviews, saving property managers hours of manual reading. This capability turns unstructured text into structured intelligence, enabling data-driven decisions about service improvements, staff training, and capital investments. Beyond response generation, MARA provides a comprehensive analytics dashboard.
