Memory Store

Memory Store is a cloud-based platform designed to function as a shared memory system for both human teammates and AI agents. Its core purpose is to capture, organize, and synchronize contextual information from a wide array of tools and applications that teams use daily, turning fragmented data into a coherent, accessible memory layer. Unlike traditional note-taking or documentation tools, Memory Store automatically ingests conversations, snippets, decisions, and changes from platforms such as Gmail, Slack, Granola, Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Raycast, Linear, Fathom, OpenCode, and more. This means that when a team member discusses a project in Slack, records meeting notes in Granola, or writes code in Cursor, the relevant context is extracted, indexed, and stored in a unified memory space. The platform acts like a “Dropbox for agent’s context,” allowing AI agents to retain and reuse information across different sessions and tasks. For example, if an AI agent previously helped resolve a bug in a Linear ticket, that resolution history becomes part of its memory, so the next time a similar issue arises, the agent can recall the solution without being prompted again. For human teams, Memory Store serves as a company brain that tracks “what happened, who was involved, and what changed” across projects.
