The Retail Industry Leaders Association, known as RILA, is the trade association representing the largest and most innovative retailers in the United States, headquartered in Arlington, Virginia. Founded in 2000, the organization counts among its members the biggest names in American retail including Walmart, Target, Home Depot, Costco, Amazon, Lowe's, and Apple, whose combined operations account for over one point five million stores and more than twenty-six trillion dollars in annual sales.
