Spinnaker is an open-source, multi-cloud continuous delivery platform for releasing software changes with high velocity and confidence. Originally developed at Netflix in 2014 and co-developed with Google, it is designed for deploying applications across multiple cloud providers with sophisticated deployment strategies.
