TimeHero is a productivity application designed to automate the planning and scheduling of tasks, projects, and recurring work around a user’s existing calendar commitments. The core function is to eliminate manual task scheduling by using artificial intelligence to analyze a user’s availability—factoring in fixed calendar events, deadlines, and the estimated duration of each task—and then automatically assign time blocks for work. When a meeting is added, a task is completed early, or priorities shift, the system instantly recalculates the schedule and redistributes tasks across the available time slots without user intervention. Users can create individual tasks, assign them due dates and estimated durations, and categorize them into projects. For recurring work such as weekly reports, client check-ins, or routine maintenance, TimeHero supports repeat rules that automatically generate new instances and fit them into the schedule based on the current workload. The platform also allows team collaboration: tasks can be assigned to multiple members, dependencies can be set (e.g., Task B cannot start until Task A is finished), and the system adjusts the entire team’s plan when any dependency changes. A key difference from traditional task managers is that TimeHero does not rely solely on due dates. Instead, it proactively blocks time on the calendar for each task, showing exactly when work should happen. This gives users a realistic view of their day and prevents overcommitting. The system also handles partial completion: if a task is marked half-done, the remaining portion is automatically rescheduled. For projects, TimeHero offers Gantt-like scheduling that automatically spreads subtasks across the project timeline, respecting resource availability and dependencies. User
