Kenya National Chamber of Commerce

The Kenya National Chamber of Commerce and Industry, abbreviated KNCCI, is the leading business membership organization representing the private sector in Kenya, with its national headquarters in Nairobi and branch offices in all forty-seven counties of Kenya. Founded in 1965, KNCCI is a non-profit, non-political, non-sectarian organization that brings together business enterprises of all sizes across all sectors of the Kenyan economy including agriculture, manufacturing, trade, financial services, tourism, construction, and technology. Kenya is the largest economy in East Africa and a hub for regional trade, and KNCCI plays a crucial role in promoting business opportunities, facilitating trade both domestically and with Kenya's trading partners in the East African Community, COMESA, AfCFTA, and beyond. The Chamber provides certificates of origin for exporters, trade information services, business matchmaking, dispute resolution through arbitration, training programs for entrepreneurs, and advocacy on policy issues affecting the business environment such as taxation, licensing, and regulatory reforms.
